Karate & Ancient Weapons Art

What do you love about your job?
Since it has been around since the 6th century, it is
definitely career-oriented with opportunity for advancement. I love the hours. In fact, I can't get enough of them. Seriously, I realize that I have the
honor and privilege of being a torchbearer of sorts. I enjoy carrying on the
traditions of the ancient arts. I have the same fascination today as when I
began back in the seventies, and seeing this in the eyes of my beloved
students is priceless. When my students thank me, it is I who thanks them.
What or who inspired you to start your own
business?
It has been customary for instructors to teach what we
have learned. This not only positively contributes to society, but also
improves our quality of life by making a difference. The demand for proper
martial arts training seems to be a constant, and I am just as happy and
honored to share this through my program.
Describe your most memorable project.
It was memorable
to have professionally operated more than 20 martial arts clubs and over 20
more overseas. When I traveled to Panama in the early and mid- 2000s, I conducted a live seminar for all major martial arts schools that was televised
on cable TV.
