Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

DSSI currently uses USPS, the US postal service for priority both domestic and international.  Before you complete your order you can see an estimate of the shipping costs with the estimate shipping button.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs.  If you need special handling please add a comment during the checkout.  Please note all our shipments within the US have delivery confirmation and/or other tracking numbers but International first class mail is not traceable.

DSSI is not responsible for items lost in transit and/or customs fees.  For more information about shipping rates and customs' fees please visit USPS or UPS

RETURNS

Refunds are for 30 days 100% covered on all products ordered online at our website via PayPal as long as they are returned in original condition. However, we do not refund shipping and handling costs.

Please request authorization of your refund and return the merchandise to:

Please include:

• Copy of the original order (not the shipping info please);

• Note of want you want to exchange/return;

• $6 (US address) or $18 (international) for the first item + $ 1.50 for any additional items if you want to exchange.

This will expedite your exchange/return rapidly. It usually takes 14 days to process the refund back to your account via PayPal, this includes: delivery time, bank/credit processing etc...

MEDIA (CDs, videos, and books) are not returnable and/or exchangeable, we do our best to offer products of the best quality by buying them directly from the original producers. In case of technical defects for CDs and videos, we offer replacement only with the same product.
