Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
DSSI currently uses USPS, the US postal service for priority both domestic and international. Before you complete your order you can see an estimate of the shipping costs with the estimate shipping button.
Most orders are shipped within one week. Please note all our shipments within the US have delivery confirmation and/or other tracking numbers but International first-class mail is not traceable.
DSSI is not responsible for items lost in transit and/or customs fees. For more information about shipping rates and customs' fees please visit USPS or UPS
RETURNS
Refunds are for 30 days 100%
covered on all products ordered online at our website via PayPal as long
as they are returned in original condition. However, we do not refund
shipping and handling costs. Refunds are pending inspection of
returned items.
Please request authorization of your refund and

$6 (US address) or $18 (international) for the first item + $ 1.50 for any additional items if you want to exchange to avoid delays in processing.
It usually takes 14 days to process the refund back to your account via PayPal, this includes: delivery time, bank/credit processing etc...
Please note: items on sale are not
returnable or exchangeable.
MEDIA (videos/flash drives) are
non-returnable and/or exchangeable. In case of technical defects
for videos, we offer replacement only with the same product.
